I feel like is APOSTLES ON STRIKE had dropped their first EP just a couple of years earlier, or maybe if they had started in Chicago instead of establishing a foothold in Champaign before making the move to the big city, or if they had toured more...hell, maybe if the right reviewer had just hyped one of their cassette releases. They easily mark up with countless better known and more revered bands of the era - gruff, melodic Midwest hardcore punk, and I might like Tolerance better than Always On Strike which came just a year later. For what it's worth, they were playing shows and releasing music again as of the late '10s....
