URGE NC

How many times did URGE NC exist in the United States? Different cities, different names. A surge in the late '70s for sure, then complete saturation by the mid 1980s. This one was from Nevada City, California and was housed on a blank tape with Pat's handwriting. Do you need it? Maybe not. Are you curious...? You know you fucking are. For what it's worth, they were pretty damn good at it.
