Johor Bahru is the closest Malaysian city to the SE Asia's economic hub of Singapore. While it's a relatively short bus ride from one to the other, in many ways they are indeed a world apart (I base this uninformed and admittedly uninformed statement entirely on my few hours spent there in 2008). None of this really matters of course when you are getting your face melted by a fastcore assault. You might only need to know where the band is from so you can scour the internet looking for more songs. Even though I already did that for you (they are here), I'll tell you that I think MAKHLOK PEROSAK are from Johor Bahru. You like to have your face melted?
TERMINAL ESCAPE is a home for cassettes. Terminal Escape is here to share music that was released on, or copied onto, cassette. Whenever possible, I have linked the posts to currently active labels and/or bands, and you are encouraged to buy physical copies of the tapes you enjoy, as this blog is meant to support those bands and labels, not circumvent them. Likewise, if you have a legitimate claim to any of the music I've shared and would like it removed, I'm happy to do so.
DEAD LINKS are common. I will likely not repair broken links, because I am more focused on daily uploads. Various overzealous file hosting sites are making it increasingly difficult to share even non-copyright protected music, and as a result the majority of the download links in older Terminal Escape posts are probably not active.
Listen loudly, enjoy enthusiastically, comment frequently, and share liberally. I can be contacted here:
